Susan Cooke
Mrs. Susan Cooke, PA-C, MCMS, MBA is a board certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who specializes in General Surgery, Acute Surgical Critical Care, Congenital Heart Surgery, and Trauma.
Susan is a Jacksonville native, a graduate of Riverside High School and the University of North Florida. She attended Barry University PA school and also earned her Master's in Business Administration from The Univeristy of Florida. Susan is married to Station 1-B Fire Suppression Captain Jeremy and they have 3 children, Jackson (16), Lucy (14) and Ella (11). Susan enjoys running, cheering on the Jaguars and Gators, drawing and spending time with her family. Susan finds it a privilege to take care of the people in her community at a time when they need it the most.
